Applying AI Practically

Memory isn't a common topic to think deeply about. It is traditionally ignored unless it becomes a problem. Well, it is a problem for me. By the time I was in my early 20s I realized that I had a 'world class bad' long term memory. Anything that was over 10 years old just disappeared. It wasn't until I was 25 that I really started to do more googling on the subject… and what a revelation that was. It turns out that I have both aphantasia and SDAM (severely deficient autobiographical memory). This means that I have no first-person memories and also mental visuals.
